Founded in 2016, we’re celebrating our 10th year. Gatekeepers BMX is Long Island\u2019s home for riders who are passionate about Bicycle Motocross – whether they\u2019re loading in the gate for the first time or lining up against the best in the country.<\/div>\n

Our team is made up of boys, girls, men, and women ages 4 to 50+, spanning beginners through elite-level experts. Gatekeepers riders are known not only for their competitive edge and technical skill, but for their exceptional sportsmanship and respect for the sport. From peer-nominated athletes and State Champions to National Title Winners, our riders represent integrity, hustle, and a deep love of BMX.<\/span><\/p>\n

What began as a strong local program has expanded to include a national team, with our most competitive Gatekeepers racing and representing on the national stage. This expansion allows us to support developing riders at the grassroots level while also elevating elite athletes who compete at the highest levels of the sport.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gatekeepers BMX is more than a race team, we’re BMX family. We are committed to developing confident, disciplined riders, creating positive role models, and partnering with sponsors who believe in growth, opportunity, and the future of BMX.<\/span><\/p>\n
